Biltmore Estate, Festival of Flowers

Gary and I have lived in Asheville very close to 13 years both of us loving the outdoors.  One of my most favorite places to see all the beauty of nature is Biltmore Estate, Festival of Flowers.  Those of you who have been our guests know that the garden At Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast Inn is a loved place.  We never leave this home during each Spring and Summer we have lived here that we don't find something wonderful to create yet another point of beauty in our garden. It is a passion we share equally.

It is a special delight for us as you might imagine to see all the plantings at Biltmore House.  They too, in all seasons, have some seasonal point of interest bringing special beauty to their gardens.  Spring, after the long winter's nap, brings Festival of Flowers to Asheville. The wonder of over 100,000 spring bulbs in variant shapes and colors will surely blow your socks off. It is something you have to see to believe.  Why, it's enough to make even the "black thumbs" among us dust off the gardening gloves and seek to create the wonder and magic found only in the garden.

Biltmore's Festival of Flowers: April 7-May 20, 2012.  We can help you with tickets and we'd love to host your stay to the Asheville we know and love!
